The purchase of Software for Hardware entitles you to 8 hours of on-site training*, 8 hours of phone support and all software upgrades for the first year. An annual maintenance fee of approximately 15% will be charged after the 1st year if you want upgrades and support.
* Travel/living expenses are additional if training site is more than 2 hours by car from Atlanta, GA
